MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide a professional and warm welcome to the customer and acknowledge them as soon as they enter the storeMake the customer feel comfortable by initiating a conversation that allows them to express the purpose for their visit to the storeRedirect the customer to the relevant department when needed (i.e. after-sales, exchanges, and return)Communicate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and professional handover of the customer to the nearest sales advisor or cashier availableEnsure a professional farewell to the customerOverseeing and assessing customer service staff activities and providing them with regular performance-related feedbackStrategizing and monitoring the daily activities of customer service operations.Assisting customer service staff with duties where requiredTraining staff in areas of customer service and company policiesManaging cashier coverage and customer flow to ensure proficient customer service.Investigating and solving customer service complaintsAssisting with the development and implementation of service policies, and explaining these to staff and customersMaintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activitiesPerforming additional duties where needed

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in a retail support, stockroom, or operational role, ideally in retail luxury environmentFamiliarity with inventory management systems, stock processes, and operational best practicesStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitaskExcellent communication and teamwork skills to support seamless coordination with store teams
