Job Description
As a Sales Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by exceeding customer requirements and expectations from the point of sale through the delivery of product invoicing. You will serve as the primary point of contact post-sales, representing a designated customer base and supporting multiple sales territories. This role requires a highly skilled collaborator who can effectively partner with customers and business stakeholders to manage an array of commercial and supply chain transactions.
Responsibilities
Serve as a customer advocate, ensuring customer requirements are met.Resolve customer issues, including pricing, transactions, complaints, orders, and shipments.Address complaints at authorized levels and document when a complaint is considered resolved.Manage the entire order-to-cash process for assigned customers.Manage inside sales for the transactional segment of customers at list/approved prices.Essential Skills
Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP systems.Strong customer service skills.Business acumen in commercial and supply chain processes.Aptitude for digital and technology troubleshooting.Experience in a customer-facing sales service support role in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Management, or Logistics.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED with eight years of relevant experience.Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Organizational skills and attention to detail.Bonus: Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience.Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Business Objects (BOBJ), and Visio.Work Environment
The position is based in FishHawk, with a hybrid work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. You will be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the possibility of working remotely on other days, starting January 2026. The initial training period requires in-office presence to ensure you are well-prepared to transition to remote work. The position is initially for six months, with the potential for extension.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.59 - $27.59/hr.
