As a Sales Service Representative, you will ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding customer requirements and expectations from the point of sale through the delivery of product invoicing. You will serve as the primary point of contact post-sales, representing a designated customer base and supporting multiple sales territories. This role involves managing commercial and supply chain transactions to ensure successful support of stakeholders and executing complex processes to support the sale, delivery, and supply of company products.
ResponsibilitiesServe as a customer advocate with the responsibility of ascertaining customer requirements and ensuring these requirements are met.Resolve customer issues, including pricing, transactions, complaints, orders, shipments, and a wide range of other issues.Address complaints at authorized levels for product lines and document when a complaint is considered resolved.Manage the entire order-to-cash process for assigned customers, ensuring quick resolution of customer issues.Manage inside sales for transactional segments of customers at list/approved prices.Essential SkillsProficiency in Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP, and sales support.Strong computer skills, including SAP, Salesforce (or similar CRM), BOBJ, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Visio.Experience in on-line order management and track and trace technologies for logistics.Ability to troubleshoot customer digital interactions and coordinate effectively.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED with eight years of experience in a customer-facing sales service role in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Management, Logistics, or related field.Experience in making informed but quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.Ability to interact and communicate successfully with both internal and external customers, account managers, and stakeholders.Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.Strong business acumen in commercial and supply chain processes.Organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Bonus points for a bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant experience, expertise in SAP, Salesforce, Business Objects (BOBJ), Visio, on-line order management, and track and trace technologies for logistics.Work EnvironmentThis role offers a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of additional days as business requires. Initial training takes place in-office for a couple of weeks, transitioning to work-from-home after demonstrating the ability to operate independently. The work environment fosters collaboration, critical thinking, problem resolution, and continuous improvement. The team is reputable in the Tampa Bay area, with opportunities to extend contracts or transition to permanent positions.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.59 - $27.59/hr.
