Sales and Service Engineer - France
About the role:
Responsible for extensive Sales activities in rolls coatings and rolls services in France for an international Fabrics and Rolls company.
Compensation package includes base salary, incentive/bonus, and company car.
What you will do:
• Responsible for sales volume and customer liaison and support several Fabrics and Rolls customers in the region
• Introduction und presentation of products
• Continuous customer service and support
• Permanent contacts with customers to prepare and support upcoming optimization and troubleshooting activities
• Active acquisition of new customers
• Complaint management and problem solving
• Support the start-up of AFR products
• Reporting:
o own activities
o competition situation
o market trends
Must have:
• Bachelor or master’s degree (paper production, chemistry, engineering), or equivalent technical education (Technician / Business Administration), or experienced papermaker
• Operative, service and/or sales experience
• Track record in B2B sales of products in need of explanation or in comparable challenging tasks
• Experience with Pulp & Paper, Fabrics or Rolls
• Good French and English (both written and spoken)
• Distinct technology and sales mentality
• Willingness to travel >70% (home office)
• Work well in a team
• Very good communication skills
• Self-reliant and highly motivated
