Job Description We are looking for a motivated Client Service & Sales Coordinator to join a growing team in the maritime sector. This is a dynamic role that combines relationship management, operational coordination, and service delivery. You will play a key part in supporting our clients, ensuring timely execution of projects, and maintaining smooth communication between vessel managers, onboard engineers, and the office.

What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting our products and services to both new and existing customers. Coordinate RFQs from clients, including preparing quotations, arranging supplies, and overseeing service delivery. Support overseas jobs by providing timely updates to vessel managers and ensuring smooth execution. Liaise with onboard engineers to gather regular updates and keep internal stakeholders informed. Ensure accurate and timely closure of RFQs by issuing invoices and service reports. What We’re Looking For Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field. 1–2 years of relevant experience in the maritime industry, but fresh graduates who are interested to enter the maritime sales industry welcomed Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an advantage. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. A proactive team player with strong attention to detail and organizational ability. Why Join Us?
