Compensation
$17.00/Hr. to $20.00/Hr. plus commission

What You’ll Do
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of the shop—connecting customers with solutions and ensuring their vehicles stay safe and reliable.
Your daily responsibilities include:
Warmly greeting customers in person and by phone using our professional standardsListening carefully to customer concerns and thoroughly documenting their needsReviewing service history, inspecting vehicles, and verifying repair requirementsRecommending products and services confidently and clearlyAccurately preparing quotes, timelines, and repair ordersCommunicating status updates throughout the dayReviewing completed work, explaining warranties, and handling checkoutFollowing up on declined services and completed repairs to ensure satisfactionTracking all returns, warranty parts, and core parts for each customerSupporting the team with other duties as needed
What You Bring to the Team
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ Must be at least 18 years old
✔ Prior experience as a Service Advisor highly preferred but not required
✔ Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
✔ Ability to work in a process-driven environment
✔ Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
✔ Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays (but never Sundays!)
