We’re expanding our Sales team and are opening a Talent Pool for motivated sales professionals interested in either inbound or outbound roles. If you're passionate about helping customers, driven by targets, and excited about working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment — we’d love to hear from you.
Depending on your background and skills, you could be matched to one of the following tracks:
Inbound Sales: Engage with incoming leads, understand their needs, and recommend the right solutions from SumUp’s ecosystem.Outbound Sales: Reach out to existing or prospective merchants to introduce and upsell our products, helping them get the most out of SumUp’s tools.

What You’ll Be Doing
Engage with small business owners to understand their needs and match them with the right SumUp solutions Build trust and relationships through consultative selling and excellent customer support Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our product ecosystem (POS, invoicing, payments, and more) Track interactions and progress accurately in our CRM system Work closely with other teams (e.g. Customer Support, Marketing, Product) to ensure a seamless merchant experience
You’ll Be Great for This If You Have
1 year of sales or customer-facing experience (phone-based preferred) Previous SDR, Inbound/Outbound Sales experience is a strong plus Excellent communication skills in Italian and English A proactive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently A drive to meet and exceed targets — and a willingness to grow your sales skills
