Team overview and job responsibilities
We are looking for a sales representative to join our sales team, based in Mexico City (Mexico). The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic accounts for the construction market, distribution channels, installers, EPC, and engineering firms. The objective is to build and consolidate accounts that guarantee the fulfillment of objectives, prepare and present offers, manage the portfolio, analyze prices, preserve and improve the current margin as much as possible, and introduce new products to the market with the support of the local team.
Achieve monthly volume targets (tons of Cu and Al) and contribution margin (%) with assigned customers.
Identify business opportunities with current and potential customers for the electrification business units.
Comply with the monthly sales visit plan.
Record sales management on a weekly basis in Salesforce CRM.
Prepare a monthly product sales forecast with a three-month outlook to ensure that objectives are met.
Support collection management in coordination with the credit and portfolio area.
Job responsibilities
· Develop new customers in the construction market.
· Maintain and improve relationships with Pareto customers.
· Map accounts and opportunities in the market.

· Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
· Generate a pipeline of key projects.
· Prepare offers and follow up.
· Visit customers.
· Prospecting, account penetration, offering, negotiation, and closing skills.
· Continuous visits with customers.
Who are we looking for?
· Bachelor's degree: Electrical Engineer, Electrician Ing. or Related Career
· Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales to the construction or industry, preferred electrical and / or power cables.
· Language: intermediate English (Required)
· Profile with a strong focus on teamwork, resilience, service attitude, and assertive communication.
· Management of B2C and B2B accounts, development of sales channels, sales control and monitoring, forecast preparation, market mapping, pipeline creation, competitor identification, consultative selling, ERP and CRM management, supplier management,
· Good management of Excel and teamwork
· Availability of travel.
