Primary Purpose
Achieve consistent sales performance in the assigned territoryProvide quality products and service to customersBuild technical and selling skills to meet customer needsIdentify new business opportunities while maintaining existing businessKey Responsibilities
Provide monthly sales information to the National Sales Manager to support forecastingWork with the National Sales Manager to develop and execute the sales plan after forecast approvalImplement product sales strategies to achieve sales goals and targetsUse effective selling skills and regular customer contact to meet customer needs and territory targetsIdentify new or expanded business opportunities within the territoryMaintain existing business while growing the territoryPrepare and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly plans, results, cycle goals, and sales targets to Sales and Marketing ManagementShare market intelligence with Sales and Marketing ManagementAttend marketing activities, conferences, health talks, exhibitions, booths, and trade shows as requiredConduct video showings, slide presentations, in-service sessions, trials, market research, and speaker meetings as requiredEnsure all territory activities are professional and comply with AbbVie standards and the Code of ConductMaintain territory and customer records accuratelyAttend regular departmental meetings and provide feedback to the managerProfessional Knowledge
Understand and apply product, disease, and market knowledge to meet customer needsUnderstand product positioning and competitiveness and communicate this effectivelyAnalyze the market, competitors, and business potentialUnderstand the territory and healthcare systemSell using product portfolio and marketing promotionsSolve problems professionallyProfessional Skills

Plan and execute a 90-day territory management plan with flexibilityManage territory resources accurately and on timeUse SFE and other tools to collect customer data and visit records for analysis and planningQualifications
Experience in hematology or oncology is requiredminimum with 3 years sales experience in the relevant industryListing experience or new product launch experience is a plusAbility to build strong relationships with peers, cross-functional partners, and external partnersStrong professional knowledge, selling skills, territory management, and execution abilityAbility to manage multiple tasks under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environmentComfortable dealing with ambiguity, uncertainty, and riskAble to make high-quality decisions with incomplete informationWilling to take ownership of tough challengesCourageous, able to speak up, and manage conflict constructivelyBusiness-minded, persistent, and resilient in overcoming obstaclesAble to connect ideas, generate original solutions, and support innovationGood communication skills and ability to interact effectively
