As the new Sales Representative Neurosurgical & ENT, you will help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s Neurosurgical and ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) products, covering the Flanders region of Belgium. Some of the cities in your territory will be: Leuven - Gent - Antwerpen - Genk – Brugge.
Our Neurosurgical & ENT division deliver superior solutions for critical procedures, and you are the one promoting these, outbuilding your business and supporting your customers and a wide range of stakeholders.
In this position, you oversee your region and businesses, in various stages of development both with a high potential and focus, driving revenue and further developing the Flanders region.

What you will do:
In your new role, you will prospect new customers, understand their needs, while also provide ongoing service to existing customers: fostering trust relationships and customer loyalty.
Plan and implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.
With the product and clinical knowledge, you’ve developed, you will inform, advise and train medical and surgical professionals also during demonstrations. You will also provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.
Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers also during order follow-up and after-sales.
Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and to expand your knowledge of customer relations.
What you need:
Required:
You already have demonstrable sales experience, preferably in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare or related.
Or you have experience in functions such as nursing, physiotherapist, clinical/healthcare role or related – combined with a commercial aptitude/interest.
You hold a diploma/degree preferably in fields such as business, physiotherapy, nursing, healthcare, or in any other relevant areas.
Excellent interpersonal communications and persuasion skills – with proficiency in Dutch and English.
Relationship skills: you appreciate contact with a wide variety of people and enjoy building and maintaining connections.
You are enthusiastic about (medical) technology and building business – your resilience and desire to sell technical products with the best customer service are important elements to you.
You demonstrate adaptability, commercial, and analytical skills.
You have a valid driver’s license as this position involves regular customer visits.
Preferred:
Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is not mandatory, but it is an advantage.
