Sales Representative (m/f/d) - Aortic

You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. **A Day in the Life** In the Aortic Business Unit, the Sales Representative is responsible for selling and promoting Medtronic products related to the treatment of aortic diseases (e.g., stent grafts for thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysms). This role requires close collaboration with hospitals, physicians, and operating room staff, as well as a solid understanding of the products and therapy solutions. This role will cover Hamburg, Schleswig Holstein and Brandenburg and is a remote role. This means your home/remote location is the primary work location. There may however be requirements to attend a Medtronic location for meetings from time to time. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** + Actively support and advise vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, and cardiologists within the assigned territory + Present, demonstrate, and train on Aortic products (e.g., endoprostheses, accessories) in the operating room and during workshops + Support product launches and new clinical applications + Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to increase market share in the field of aortic diseases + Organize and facilitate product trainings, workshops, and educational events for medical professionals + Attend congresses, trade fairs, and expert meetings + Collaborate closely with Clinical Support, Marketing, and other internal departments + Gather and share market and competitor information + Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system **Required Knowledge and Experience:** + Completed education in a medical, scientific, or technical field (e.g., medical technology, nursing, biology) + Sales experience in the medical device sector, ideally with a focus on vascular/interventional therapies + Strong communication skills and confident presence in clinical settings + Ability to explain complex medical topics in a clear and understandable way + Willingness to travel and flexibility + Team player, initiative, and structured working style + German and English language skills on business level **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  **Benefits & Compensation** **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
