Responsibilities

As a HomeTeam Outside Sales Representative, you can expect to:

Reach out to homeowners with our built in pest control system to generate sales, including knocking on doors, and making telephone callsUse patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeownersConfidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customersComplete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner40 hour work period weeklyThink on your feet, stay motivated, and work independentlyDo you like working outside and meeting new people?Are you motivated, organized, personable, and willing to build relationships with our customers?

Qualifications

Sales expeirnce preffered – training will be provided! 

Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GEDMust have a valid driver's license
