Aftermarket Sales

Come be a part of an Aftermarket Sales team that is responsible for selling Bell’s portfolio of products services across the globe.You’ll work with key accounts, private, VIP, para-public, HEM’s, and foreign military customers.This role will be an integral part of the commercial business to drive sales future growth.

What you’ll be doing as a Sales Representative for Key Accounts

Meeting sales targets and play a crucial role in driving aftermarket sales growth initiativesCommunicating sales growth strategies and their initiatives as well as supporting new capture of sustainment plans renewals, and assuring customer data integrityReporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the sales funnel and providing essential support to the business development team, Customer Service Facilities (CSF), and Aircraft Maintenance Centers (AMC) partnersManaging customer orders and product information as well as preparing for quarterly customer business reviewsProviding comprehensive support to customers by understanding their requirements, communicating effectively, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill their orders accurately and efficientlyCoordination of meetings, location selection, and appropriate presentation contentTravel up to 35% to perform on-site customer visits trade show attendance when needed

Skills You Bring To this Role

Strong communication organizational skillsCustomer focused and have the ability to develop maintain customer relationshipsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to skillfully manage through challengesThe ability to work autonomously along with initiative and driveCollaborative analytical skillsCRM experience, preferably SalesforceStrong skills in Excel such as Visual ERP, SAP, Microsoft Office suite

What you need to be successful

Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Sales, or other related field2 years experience in the aviation industry working with account management, sales, or other related customer support roleExperience in business development, new product development, contract review, and compliance is a plusPrior Bell/Textron internship preferred
