Sales Representative - IT Business Solutions and Business Consulting

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join this team of 50 persons in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT business solutions and business consulting services. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
• Fundamentals = MUST HAVE: Ensure the role of Business Manager on your client and prospect perimeter: account mapping, understanding of issues, industry trends and c-levels constraints, collection of needs and specifications, participation in appointments and follow-up of services at your clients. • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our IT business solutions and consulting services. Lead the pre-sales activities. • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, close sales deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and consulting teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients. • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts. Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Software/business Applications, Finance or consulting industry in Luxembourg. Skills: • Real hunter ! • Strong understanding of IT business solutions and consulting services. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. • Understanding project management principles. • Fluency in both English and French ; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
