Sales Representative - Instruments, IVS & NSE

What you will do:

Promoting and selling the department's products in the assigned territoryDeveloping and implementing individual sales activities to achieve sales budgets and profitabilityParticipating in public tendersConducting training and presentations for medical personnel and constantly monitoring customer requirements and satisfactionRepresenting the company at conferences, symposia, and medical meetings, and organizing themEstablishing new contacts and maintaining long-term and positive relationships with existing customersLeading the conclusion of contracts and overseeing the sales processMaintaining up-to-date product knowledge, related to the company's operations, and the marketDeveloping and implementing special sales activities to optimize inventoryProactively seeking customer feedback to improve service quality and expand the business portfolioAssessing competitive threats and implementing proactive tactical actions


What you need:

Higher educationAt least 2-3 years of experience working in an international company, preferably in the healthcare industryProven sales success and knowledge of sales promotion techniquesKnowledge of the healthcare industryIntermediate English language skillsSales, negotiation, and presentation skillsInterpersonal skills and building effective relationshipsResults-oriented and highly motivated to achieve goalsAbility to translate plans into actionStrong self-motivation, ambition, and competitive spirit, while also being able to work in a teamStrong customer focusStress resistanceMobility within the assigned areaProfessional image, ethical conduct, and professional representation of the company in the marketValid driver's license
