We’re looking for a Sales Representative based in Vancouver.

Our client helps industrial and commercial sites in British Columbia respond to emergency temperature control and power needs with speed and precision. As a Vancouver-based sales representative, you'll lead local customer relationships, from site assessment to project completion.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the local technical sales lead for Vancouver and surrounding area Build and maintain relationships with engineering teams and plant managers Deliver proposals for cooling tower rentals and related systems Coordinate with field technicians to ensure service excellence Track all customer activity and pipeline in CRM Stay ahead of local industry trends and business development opportunities

The successful candidate has:

3–5 years of B2B technical sales experience Mechanical or process industry background (cooling systems, pumps, etc.) Comfortable working with engineers and commercial buyers Strong local knowledge of the BC industrial market Effective communicator with strong follow-through

Compensation and benefits:

$85,000 – $95,000 base salary Lucrative Commission base with bridge for first year Full benefits package Company vehicle or travel expense coverage
