Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to determine their needs and deliver tailored solutions.Collaborate with the sales team to build and implement sales plans that compete in the market and achieve targets.Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.Provide world-class customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring happiness.Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions.

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Ambitious and self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed goals.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $57,300.00–$85,950.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
