Job Title: Sales RepresentativeJob Description We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on growing our commercial business. This role involves engaging with commercial clients such as apartments, hotels, complexes with landlords, and restaurants. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's services related to plumbing and water emergencies, while also expanding our brand presence in the market. Responsibilities + Conduct door-to-door B2B sales, focusing on commercial clients. + Engage with prospective businesses by visiting in-person, collecting business cards, and following up. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery. + Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead follow-up. + Utilize prospecting tools and Salesforce CRM platform to manage leads and sales activities. + Prepare and deliver customized service proposals and presentations. + Attend industry events and networking functions to generate leads. + Promote and sell preventative maintenance programs and priority care service plans. Essential Skills + Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of face-to-face sales experience, preferably in a cold sales environment. + Eagerness and self-motivation in sales, with the ability to engage with high-level executives. + Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer service and follow-up. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Willingness to learn and understand plumbing services to effectively communicate with clients. + B2B sales experience is a plus but not required. + Comfortable navigating through the city and knocking on doors. Work Environment This position requires spending the majority of time outside the office, conducting in-person visits with commercial customers. It involves a flexible schedule that aligns with business operating hours rather than a traditional Monday to Friday workweek. The role includes mileage reimbursement and offers bonus incentives based on sales performance. You will be part of a supportive team with various prospecting tools and data available to aid your sales efforts. Training ranges from 2-6 weeks, and closing deals in the commercial space may take 2-3 months due to multiple bid requests. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Glendale, AZ.
