As the new **Sales Representative Trauma,** you will help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s **Trauma product portfolio** , covering the **Oost and West Vlaanderen** region of Belgium. For our Sales professionals, this is not just a job: it is an opportunity to truly make an impact, develop further and win together as part of a team. **What you will do:** + In your new role, you will prospect new customers, understand their needs, while also provide ongoing service to existing customers: fostering trust relationships and customer loyalty. + Plan and implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments. + With the product and clinical knowledge, you’ve developed, you will inform, advise and train medical and surgical professionals also during demonstrations.
