Essential Job Duties

Engage and Connect – Build rapport with vacation owners to understand their needs and concerns.Present Tailored Solutions – Offer customized vacation ownership options that align with customer preferences.Turn Objections into Opportunities – Identify why a customer initially declined and confidently present alternative solutions.Stay Informed and Ahead – Keep up with the latest inventory, promotions, and industry trends to offer the best options.Refine Your Skills – Participate in daily sales meetings and training sessions to continuously sharpen your expertise.Drive Sales Success – Consistently meet and exceed performance targets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Position Requirements

Proven sales experience in timeshare, real estate, or high-ticket sales preferredStrong negotiation and customer service skills with a consultative sales approachFlorida Real Estate License requiredAbility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as neededWeekend and evening availability required
