What You Will Do 

As a Stryker Endoscopy & Sports Medicine Sales Representative, you are a trusted partner in brilliant visualization and unrivaled connected OR solutions. Stryker provides you with market leading technology with a respective bag of products that allows you to dominate market share. Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation

Directly responsible for the promotion and sale of Stryker products 

Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker Products 

Direct product evaluations in operating rooms, hospitals and office settings 

May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings 

Keep Regional Sales Manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis 

Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion 

Assist in the training and development of sales personnel 

Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products 

Must understand and adhere to all operating room and pertinent Occupational Health and Safety Act guidelines when conducting a product evaluation 

What You Need   

Required: 

University Degree  

3+ years in an outside or clinical experience  

Preferred:  

Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing, or a degree in a health related discipline, science, or kinesiology 

Additional Information:   

Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations. 

Must have a valid driver's license 

$80,000 - $100,000 CAD and may be eligible to earn variable
