**Job Description** **GENERAL PURPOSE:** Provide direct store deliveries (DSD) to our current customer base and help stimulate the business by opening new accounts and promoting the distribution of our products. **JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Build sales within assigned territory which includes promoting and introducing new items on the marketplace while consistently meeting or exceeding our customers’ expectations + Build new business within assigned territory while maintaining current customers + Meet or exceed designated weekly and monthly sales budget + Load trucks daily and keep inventory of the product that is carried on truck + Neatly restock stores and properly rotate product to avoid any “out dated product” + Handle daily monetary transactions and turn in all paperwork daily + Make invoices using the company’s hand-held computer, which requires basic computer skills + May receive and unload product on a weekly basis, rotate product in warehouse ensuring all product is in the correct location and unstacked by item, and perform weekly warehouse inventory + The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. Other duties may be assigned as required **Requirements** **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** + High school diploma or equivalent + 0 to 2 years direct store delivery or related experience + May be required to speak Spanish depending on work location + Certification and/or License – valid state driver’s license; may be required during course of employment **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:** + Basic computer skills + Able to problem solve + Able to establish effective relationships and provide excellent customer service + Able to take initiative in performing job + Able to perform task and duties without constant supervision + Able to safely operate and drive under various weather conditions + Must be able to read, write and speak English An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
