What you will do-
The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting, selling, and positioning Stryker’s medical products within the assigned territory, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients (hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals). The representative ensures that products are used appropriately and meet clinical, quality, and regulatory standards. The role requires achieving sales targets, contributing to market growth, and supporting Stryker’s mission through innovative solutions.
Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients within the assigned territory; identify new business opportunities.Promote medical products by demonstrating strong technical and clinical knowledge, as well as competitive differentiation.Conduct product demonstrations (in operating rooms, clinics, or medical offices); train healthcare staff on product use, maintenance, and advantages.Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure proper follow-up of orders through delivery.Achieve established sales objectives (quota attainment, growth, market share).Monitor competitors, market trends, and report findings to the regional or product management team.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical service, post-sales) to ensure customer satisfaction, technical support, and compliance with standards.Comply with internal processes for reporting, budgeting, and sales forecasting.What you need-
Required
Bachelor’s degree.Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Sales.Previous experience with Acute Care.Desired
English skills.Travel Percentage: 50%
