Job Description:

The Customer HQ Selling role at Band 1 is an entry-level role that supports the execution of sales strategies at the headquarters level. This role involves working under direct supervision, focusing on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, or category. The individual will collaborate effectively within the immediate team and will be responsible for accomplishing tasks as an individual contributor with close supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Supports and assists in executing sales strategies in team / organization.Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.Focuses on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team / organization with clearly defined and narrow objectives.Collaborates and networks effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.Works under direct supervision, follows well-defined precedents and policies.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers.An understanding of sales strategies and techniques.A desire to learn and grow within the organization.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
