Sales Representative
Job Title: Sales RepresentativeJob Description

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving new project opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and servicing referral accounts. Initially, this position offers a salaried compensation plan which will transition to a commission structure, allowing for increased earnings and performance bonuses.

ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of commercial sign projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate project execution.Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with company standards.Conduct project closing procedures.Essential SkillsProven experience in commercial sales.Strong knowledge of standard construction project management practices.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, especially adhering to time-sensitive deadlines.Basic MS Office competency.Additional Skills & QualificationsComfortable with a commission-based compensation plan.High School diploma (College degree preferred but not required).Work Environment

This position operates on-site from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm. There is potential for flexible hours after initial onboarding. The company offers a stable and supportive work environment that has been family-owned and operated since 1934, fostering long-term employee retention.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
