Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for new customer development and providing retail counseling visits to stores, ensuring that we maintain and grow sales and profits while achieving weekly sales and revenue objectives. You will service Thunder Bay & Area, travelling on a frequent basis (estimated at 60% travel).

**Grow the Business**
+ Responsible for new customer development and providing counsel visits to stores ensuring that we maintain and grow sales and profit while achieving weekly sales and revenue objectives
+ Provide regular sales visits to clients
+ Responsible for increasing sales and profitability as per budget
+ Present new potential customers an overall sales program including all services and pricing
+ Inform management on competitive activity and market changes
+ Negotiate agreement with potential new clients or renewal with actual clients
**Own the Customer Experience**
+ Provide exceptional customer service to meet customer needs and ensuring continued customer loyalty
+ Provide sales counseling to customers and national accounts
+ Responsible to present service, sales programs and special products to customers
+ Provide overall merchandising and operations assistance
+ Responsible to keep accounts receivables within our credit terms
+ Develop Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Sales
+ Be the liaison between credit, legal and clients
+ Provide support to help resolve situations with IT, Merchandising, transport and credit for the client
**What your resume will include and demonstrate to us** :
+ 2-3 years experience at the wholesale and retail levels within the Grocery industry
+ Bilingual (French and English) – The candidate will be expected to work with peers in other provinces in the development, development and implementation of tools and processes across Canada, as well as provide support to Sobeys employees across Canada
+ Operation, perishable and retail store knowledge
+ Financial background
+ Sales experience preferred
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite
+ Knowledge of SAP preferred
+ Travel 60%
