What We’re Looking ForExperience in automotive retail (sales, BDC, admin, F&I clerk — ALL a plus!)Excellent communication and customer‑relationship skillsStrong time management and organizational abilitiesSelf‑motivated, competitive, goal‑driven mindsetComfortable with technology and dealership CRM systemsValid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
