What You’ll Do

Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle buying processPresent and demonstrate new and pre-owned Honda vehiclesDevelop and maintain strong customer relationshipsMeet and exceed monthly sales goalsStay up to date with product knowledge, inventory, and promotionsFollow up with leads, maintain CRM notes, and provide exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of automotive sales experience requiredStrong communication, negotiation, and closing skillsPositive, energetic attitude with a customer-first mindsetProfessional appearance and excellent work ethicAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededValid driver’s license and clean driving record
