If you have sales experience—automotive or otherwise—and a desire to build a successful career with the nation’s largest automotive group, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle selection processBuild rapport and deliver a professional, positive buying experienceStay knowledgeable about Hyundai models, features, and incentivesManage leads, follow-ups, and appointments to maximize your pipelinePartner with sales managers and finance to finalize dealsMeet and exceed monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

Prior sales experience preferred (automotive a plus)Strong communication and customer service skillsEnergetic, professional, and goal-driven mindsetAbility to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license and clean driving record

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold and Manufacturer Approvability.

The Monthly Estimated Earnings Range is $4,017.00 - $13,225.00.
