We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets. **What you’ll do:** + Primary responsibilities of this position are to implement all of the sales demand creation activities in Korea, with emphasis on the strategic local OEM account targets, as defined by APAC Sales Team Strategy. The objectives are attained through individual sales efforts, customer visits, account management, and working with the rest of the Korea Sales Team. + OEM1. Identify market opportunities in Korea2. Develop new clients to increase customer counts 3. Drive development for demand creation through R/D and Component Engineering4. Maintain relationships with existing clients 5. Using standardized sales tool and effectively maintain and update progress/status on new opportunities + EMS: 1. Coordinates with other team members for Korea fulfillment activities to ensure maximum sales volume for those programs running through selected EMS accounts. + Distribution: Strategy to achieve New Customer and Business 1. End-Customer targets; identify potential customers2. Regular joint visit to customers 3. Identifying to seeking potential leads on customers/business4. Monthly Reviews to compare plan to performance **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, prefer Electronic Engineering + Fresh graduate or 3-5 years' experience in Electronics related industry would be preferred + Sound technical background with strong application knowledge in Power Management for below Industries: Consumer – Home Appliance; Automotive & Transportation; Industrial segment + Knowledge of Codes and Standards + Fluent in written and oral English and Korean + Initiative and positive + Frequent travel is required + Work under pressure **At Eaton, we don’t just want to offer you a job, but a journey and experience.
