Sales Representative
Job Title: Sales Representative Job Description We are seeking a successful Sales Person who will build strong customer relationships, evaluate their needs, and ensure quality and accuracy throughout the quoting, production, and sales process of capital equipment. Responsibilities + Achieve sales goals provided by Sales Manager with your input. + Meet or exceed set profit targets. + Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. + Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals. + Present equipment solutions to customers via Microsoft Teams or in person. + Travel for sales calls as needed locally and nationally. + Generate quotes and update stages of sales cycle in our CRM program and Quoting Program. + Perform pre- and post-sales duties. + Attend industry trade shows. + Generate interest in the brand. + Operate in an independent and self-motivated environment. + Learn the full product line, including industrial processing equipment and tanks. Essential Skills + 5+ years of Sales experience, ideally from manufacturing/industrial. + Hands-on approach and willingness to learn the industry, specifically industrial manufacturing. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Capital Equipment Sales Experience. + Bachelor's degree. + Proficiency in CRM software. + Upselling skills. Work Environment The work environment is 100% in-office when not with clients. The role requires travel once a month, which could be local or national. The candidate will work closely with other Sales people, Engineers, service technicians, and shipping personnel in a small office with a warehouse in the back. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gurnee, Illinois. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
