What You’ll Do:
+ Connect with Customers: Build lasting relationships and guide customers through a personalized, hassle-free vehicle purchasing journey.
+ Educate and Advise: Present vehicle features, model options, financing choices, and services to help customers make the best decision for their lifestyle.
+ Create Lifelong Loyalty: Go beyond the sale by maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they return for all their automotive needs.
+ Track and Follow Up: Use our management systems to track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups to foster trust and retention.
What We’re Looking For:
+ 2+ Years of Automotive Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in automotive sales.
+ Excellent Communication Skills: You know how to connect with people and create rapport quickly.
+ Driven & Self-Motivated: You set and crush goals, consistently striving for success.
+ Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using computer systems to track and manage sales.
+ Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is a must.

The estimated monthly earning range for this position is $5K-20K. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
