Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development
Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers within the restaurant, retail, country club, and wholesale sectorsDevelop and execute strategies to expand sales and market shareEstablish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to form long-term partnershipsAccount Management & Growth
Manage and grow an existing customer base while continuously identifying new sales opportunitiesProvide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and repeat businessWork closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer fulfillmentWholesale Trade Development
Develop wholesale seafood trade by networking with distributors and seafood buyersUnderstand industry trends and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunitiesNegotiate pricing and terms to create mutually beneficial agreements with wholesale partnersSales Execution & Reporting
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the companyMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, pricing agreements, and market feedbackProvide weekly sales reports and market insights to the sales leadership teamQualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the seafood, foodservice, or hospitality industryStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsAbility to prospect, close deals, and drive long-term sales growthExcellent communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independentlyFamiliarity with seafood products and industry trends is a plusWhat We Offer:
