Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by analysing local market trends and competitor activity, and by developing long-term and repeat business strategies that position the hotel as a market leader.

What will I be doing?

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Analysing local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunitiesDeveloping and maintaining customer accounts, and proactively seeking new accounts through local travel and networkingDriving business to the hotel across all revenue streams, increasing both market and customer shareNegotiating rates and packages with corporate clients in line with revenue strategyPreparing and managing corporate contracts in accordance with current business needs and pricing structuresCollaborating with internal departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences and comprehensive sales strategiesAttending sales events and representing the hotel professionally, as requiredProducing accurate, timely reports for the Director of Sales and senior leadership, including records of appointments, calls, and business leadsResponding promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests
