Position Overview
System One has partnered with a local professional services firm that is searching for a Sales Representative to join a fast-growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping clients succeed. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, account management, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
+ Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and social selling
+ Conduct discovery calls and product demos to assess client needs and present customized solutions
+ Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
+ Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
+ Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments
+ Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
+ 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or professional services
+ Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales quotas
Technical Proficiency
+ Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
+ Ability to work with PDFs and other business-related tools
