Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Phone Sales Representative and Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The representative will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, presenting products and services, closing sales, and effectively managing a sales call schedule to ensure timely follow-up.

ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound sales calls to introduce products and services, and generate sales leads.Present product features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers, tailoring the pitch to specific needs and demonstrating value.Manage customer interactions by listening to inquiries and concerns, addressing objections, and providing customer service to build rapport.Close sales using persuasive techniques to encourage customers to place orders and achieve sales targets.Coordinate and confirm service appointments, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient use of time.Document all customer interactions and sales activities meticulously in the CRM system for tracking progress and ensuring follow-ups.Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices, and contribute to the overall sales team's achievements.Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance performance.Schedule appointments, manage the schedule, and update all parties on any changes.Manage resources such as employees, equipment, materials, and parts to ensure optimal utilization.Communicate with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and management, to coordinate schedules and address any issues.Utilize scheduling software to manage schedules effectively.Essential Skills1-3 years of experience in sales or scheduling.Strong phone and outreach skills.Excellent communication and follow-up skills.Familiarity with CRM software.Ability to learn the business and upsell.Comfortable speaking to people.Additional Skills & QualificationsRecent graduates are welcome.Sales or customer service experience is highly desirable.Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection with resilience.Strong time management and organizational skills.Problem-solving, adaptability, and analytical thinking.Ability to work under pressure.Work Environment

Office hours will be from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. The position offers a competitive pay package along with benefits such as health insurance, short/long-term disability, dental, and a 401k plan. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $33.65/hr.
