Job Summary

To ensure sales targets are achieved and to liaise with Marketing to ensure short and long term sales strategies are applied by the sales team to ultimately achieve expected business results.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Raise the profile of Abbott products among healthcare professionals who play an important role in improving quality of life nutrition, ensure the long-term growth of Abbott products in the region, and maintain a position of superiority over competing brands.

Build HCP's trust and loyalty in Abbott's branded products through diversified customer engagement strategies, thereby opening up new business opportunities and ensuring the growth of existing businesses.

Develop and maintain the knowledge, client interaction skills and business acumen of medical representatives to build ethically high-performing sales teams.

Develop KOL relationships to promote the Abbott brand and influence the perception of Abbott products as the preferred brand among HCPs at all levels and specialties.

EDUCATION 
College graduated preferably with related background of nutrition. 

EXPERIENCE /QUALIFICATION
•    營養或護理相關背景 ; 2年以上醫藥行業銷售經驗
•    良好溝通協調能力、抗壓性高、有工作熱忱
•    有招標/合同管理、KOL 管理和演講者發展的經驗
•    具高度客戶服務精神及純熟的銷售技巧,以漸進方式與客戶互動,使其瞭解亞培產品的各項效益,發展品牌忠誠度
•    居住地:台中或彰化
