The Service-to-Sales Specialist will review daily service appointments, identify eligible service customers, explain their equity position and offer a free vehicle appraisal. They will present the opportunity to upgrade to a newer vehicle through replacement programs. As a member of the Sales Team, the Service-to-Sales Specialist will provide an exceptional customer trade-in and purchasing experience.
