Sales Representative – Wood-based Materials

We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Representative to join our client’s team – a leading European manufacturer of wood-based materials offering innovative solutions for furniture, interior design, flooring, and construction.

 

As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in generating new B2B business, maintaining client relationships, and providing expert advice on our client’s products. Your goal will be to identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales that support both customer satisfaction and company growth.

 

Main Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within the construction, manufacturing, and retail sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Prepare quotes, negotiate prices, and process orders in a timely manner Conduct regular client meetings — both on-site and off-site — to understand client requirements, present product options, and ensure ongoing satisfaction Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and new products Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure client satisfaction Attend trade shows, site visits, and client meetings as required

 

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

1–2 years of relevant experience Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally (within Bulgaria) Very good level of English (minimum B2) Experience with CRM software University degree

 

Considered an Advantage:

Experience in the wood, building materials, or construction industry Knowledge of wood products German language skills
