Sales Representative – Rubber Thread
Air Swift
Airswift is seeking a Sales Representative – Rubber Thread to work on a permanent contract in Lima with a large company, focused on solutions for the maintenance of conveyor belts and anti-wear coatings for industrial equipment, especially in the mining and steel sectors.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular visits and proactive service, promoting our range of high-quality rubber thread products to existing customers and identifying potential new business opportunities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct regular visits to existing customers to strengthen relationships, ensure satisfaction, and proactively address customer needs.
Present, demonstrate, and effectively communicate the advantages and technical specifications of rubber thread products.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing clients and actively seek new clients in the assigned territory.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and regular sales reports.
Manage sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide after-sales service and swiftly resolve customer complaints or issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and relevant networking activities
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Textiles, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Experience in industrial product sales, preferably in rubber, textile, or related sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of industrial products and technical aptitude to learn about rubber threads.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related applications.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
