Sales Representative – Emergency Care (North West Netherlands)
Work Flexibility: Field-based

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Representative to join our growing Medical division at Stryker in the Netherlands.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing the Emergency Care portfolio across the North West region of the Netherlands, including Amsterdam, Almere, Alkmaar and Haarlem areas, working closely with ambulance services and hospitals to deliver life-saving technologies.

Our Emergency Care portfolio includes industry-leading technologies such as:

LUCAS Chest Compression System

LIFEPAK Defibrillators

Power-LOAD and Power-PRO II Patient Transport systems

These solutions support first responders and hospital teams in the most critical moments.

What you will do

Develop and grow the Emergency Care business across the North West region of the Netherlands

Build strong partnerships with ambulance services, hospitals and key decision-makers

Identify new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers

Deliver impactful product demonstrations, training sessions and clinical workshops

Lead commercial discussions, including tenders, negotiations and strategic account planning

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an excellent customer experience

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to drive strategic growth

Represent Stryker at industry events, congresses and professional meetings

Your profileEssential Requirements

Degree or background in healthcare, business, engineering or related field

3+ years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare technology OR experience in nurse, paramedic and willing to shift to the sales field

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Fluent in Dutch and English

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage a territory independently

Passion for medical innovation and improving patient care

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Netherlands

Preferred

Experience selling capital medical equipment

Experience with tenders, procurement processes and consultative selling
