What you will do
As a Sales Representative in our Surgical Technologies division, you will:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with hospitals and surgical teams across your territory.
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
Deliver product demonstrations and hands-on training to healthcare professionals.
Partner with surgeons and operating room staff to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Represent Stryker at industry events and meetings, staying connected to market trends and opportunities.
Manage your business with accountability, ensuring product availability and supporting critical surgical cases.
What you will need
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the territory.
Strong commercial mindset and motivation to achieve results.
Ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
Previous experience in sales, account management, or healthcare/MedTech environments.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
