WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH
You will be responsible for managing a strategic client portfolio positioned at the intersection of streetwear and sports. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, including evaluating client potential and identifying opportunities for growth within the sportswear segment. The position demands a strong ability to navigate trends and cultural influences that shape communities and subcultures connected to fashion, sport, and street culture.

+ Strong understanding of streetwear and sportswear markets, including cultural and lifestyle trends.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions.
+ Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
+ Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
+ Collaborative approach with experience working across diverse teams and functions.
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
+ Portfolio Management: Oversee and develop a portfolio of clients operating within streetwear and sportswear, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
+ Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
+ Client Development: Assess client potential and create tailored strategies to maximise performance and strengthen long-term partnerships.
+ Segment Growth: Drive initiatives to expand the sportswear segment, leveraging insights into cultural movements, communities, and subcultures influencing fashion and sport.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, merchandising) to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs and market demands.
+ Performance Monitoring: Track portfolio performance against KPIs, providing regular reporting and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
