**Job Summary** We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our Sports Medicine team in Finland. In this role, you will manage a strategically important territory around Helsinki, supporting surgeons in the operating room, driving business growth, and building long-term customer partnerships. More info here: stryker.com/sports-medicine (https://www.stryker.com/us/en/sports-medicine.html) **What you will do** + Manage and grow your territory with a strategic, data-driven approach (including a 3-year business plan). + Act as a trusted clinical partner: support surgical procedures, deliver product expertise, and provide training to healthcare professionals. + Develop new business by converting competitive accounts and opening new opportunities. + Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to design tailored offers that maximize value for customers. + Build customer loyalty by ensuring reliability, credibility, and ethical partnership. **What you will need** **Required** + Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, ideally within medical devices or another regulated industry. + Bachelor’s degree. + Fluency in Finnish and English, with strong communication and influencing skills. + Ability to navigate complex hospital environments and engage stakeholders at all levels. + High commercial drive, strong analytical skills, and self-motivation. + Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region. **Preferred** + Experience supporting clinical procedures or working in an operating room setting. + Knowledge of orthopaedics, arthroscopy, or sports medicine products. **What you will represent** Stryker’s Sports Medicine portfolio helps surgeons improve mobility, restore function, and enhance patient outcomes.
