Based in Nike’s Barcelona office, you will join the Lifestyle Channels Sales team for Spain and Portugal, reporting to the Lifestyle Channels Sales Director. You will collaborate closely with lifestyle partner teams (Buyers, Planners, Marketers, and Leadership) and cross-functional Sports & Lifestyle teams across Territory and EMEA (Merchandisers, Assortment Planners, Marketers, MSC Leads, and Leadership). You will own a specific business area within one of the channels: Athletic Specialty, Sportswear Specialty, Digital, or Department Stores.

We are seeking a Nike Sales Representative to join our Lifestyle team for Spain and Portugal. In this role, you will take responsibility for assigned categories and business processes for partners across marketplace channels - Athletic Specialty, Sportswear Specialty, Digital, and Department Stores.
The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and a passion for sport and sneakers. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where collaboration and creativity are essential. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring our partners deliver premium consumer experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Your main goal is to grow revenue, margin, and market share for Nike within your account by executing strategy and delivering seasonal stories and assortments that serve your target consumer.
Your key responsibilities include:
Develop seasonal assortments based on merchandising frameworks. Ensure product flow and optimise in-season trading and replenishment to maximise account resultsPlan your account’s business: create forecasts and scenario plans using category, consumer, partner, brand, and marketplace insightsManage the partner and marketplace: ensure best-in-class presentation of stories and products (digital and physical) aligned with Nike’s Marketplace strategyBuild a premium, seamless consumer experience across online and offline touchpoints, focusing on product launch journeys across account platformsDrive net revenue growth and contribution by managing the end-to-end business with your accountMaintain high standards of partnership management, supporting commercial goals independently while contributing to team performanceCollaborate on partner experience at sell-in and co-own the end-to-end showroom experience, working closely with office admin and cross-functional partners to deliver excellenceEnsure consistent representation and collaboration with partners/buyers in the market (retail visits, staff training, competitor analysis) within travel and expense budgetsThis role is open for applications until 17th of December 2025.
