**Position Purpose:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Muli-Unit Sales Representative to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue, margin and brand growth across our Pacific Northwest region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regional markets, a strong sales background, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
One will also support Customer Service activities for regional and national chain customers, thereby increasing visibility of the Company in the marketplace and maximizing market share through an in-office/hybrid role. Functions as a team member within the department and cross-functions, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
**Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:**
+ Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the assigned region.
+ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
+ Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
+ Provide accurate forecasting, reporting of sales pipeline and business review performance to management.
+ Collaborate with marketing, procurement, finance, and operations teams to tailor offerings to regional market needs.
+ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in accordance with company goals and objectives.

**Required Qualifications:**
• 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within the region as needed.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in reporting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Existing network of contacts within the assigned region.
