We’re looking for a remote Sales & Project Manager in the flooring materials industry.
Our client, a premier provider of high-quality flooring solutions, is dedicated to delivering outstanding products and exceptional customer service. As they expand into Victoria, BC, they are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Project Manager to join their growing team.
Sales & Project Manager responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and increase market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, events, and outstanding client service. Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with homebuilders, designers, developers, and trades professionals. Oversee assigned builder accounts and retail projects from initial consultation through to final installation. Perform on-site measurements and deliver accurate estimates for both builder and retail clients. Upload plans, drawings, product specifications, and tile layouts into internal systems for new home construction projects. Conduct job site inspections to assess readiness and quality before, during, and after flooring installations. Address project challenges with creative solutions, working closely with internal teams and installation crews. The successful candidate has: Demonstrated experience in the flooring industry is an asset. Candidates with experience in any construction finishing materials (i.e. windows, countertops, doors etc.) will be considered as well. Proven success in sales, estimating, and project management. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Results-oriented and driven to meet or exceed performance targets. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Established relationships within the architectural and design community are highly advantageous.
Compensation and benefits:
The discussed salary range is $75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience plus uncapped commission structure. Anticipated 1st year on target earnings is $120,000 - $130,000. Comprehensive benefits package Remote working arrangement Car allowance and company cell phone/laptop provided.
