Your Key Responsibilities

Sales Planning

Global responsibility for preparing, coordinating, and implementing plan data entry as part of the Schaeffler Group's annual sales planning process. Plausibility check of planning results and preparation of a decision template for the management of the defined sales area. Key user and OES responsibility for the sales planning system for the defined sales area Creation of detailed analyses derived from findings in standard reports or based on specified objectives  Contact person for the departments for key figure analysis and sales planning in the defined sales area

 

Sales Admin

Invoice overdue tracking /Accounting eSigns & Quotation & Demand Management  Dispute Management / Invoicing Management (Creation of debit and credit notes) invoicing topics SAP price maintenance / updates B2B Customer Portals

 

Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree, ideally with a technical background (e.g. mechanical/electrical engineering, industrial engineering or completed training as an industrial clerk with additional training as a business administrator or comparable training) 3 - 5  Years within Sales, Sales Service and or/ Controlling  SAP R3/HANA (Expert) MS Office  (Expert) Excel,  VBA, MS-  Power BI  (Excellent) Customer Portal (Expert) CRM Salesforce (Experience) Fluent in English, German language skills would be an advantage Valid work permit at the moment of application Structured and analytical approach to work Ability to monitor deadlines and targets Good communication and negotiating skills Independet, responsible and resilient personality with sense of team orientation We Offer 30 vacation days per year MultiSport card including employer's contribution Cafeteria System (edenred) including 20.000 CZK per calendar year Daily meal allowance of 90 CZK Employer contribution of up to 50.000 CZK per calendar year to the employee's pension scheme Salary compensation during ilness, according to company policy Company laptop and phone Hybrid Working
