Accountable for serving client families by making at need cemetery arrangements, and selling pre-need arrangements. The Sales Professional - Inside Sales serves families by providing exemplary personalized service and plays an essential role in generating revenue for the cemetery as well as acting as the primary contact for families.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation

Education
High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of college or an equivalent of education and experienceExperience

Licenses

The estimated total target compensation for this position in the first year typically ranges from $72,800 to $100,000 annually, consisting of a strong commission-based incentive structure and base pay. In subsequent years, sales professionals commonly earn $100,000 to $150,000 or more annually. Actual compensation will vary based on individual performance, geographic location, and applicable business conditions.
For up to 48 weeks, as an Inside Sales New Hire, you will receive an hourly base rate beginning at $35.00 per hour, subject to applicable taxes and withholdings. This base rate will be reduced by $2.00 per hour every four hours over your first forty-eight (48) weeks of employment. During the training period, you are eligible for sales incentives that should increase month by month as your skills and experience build.
After the twelve-month training period, and contingent on the Company’s determination that you have completed the training program, unless otherwise requested by and mutually agreed upon earlier, your position and compensation will transition to a plan comprised of an hourly rate plus commissions, consistent with our Family Service Counselor role.
