Responsible for the selling and servicing of profitable accounts.
Primary Duties
• Generate profitable sales to support local operating unit objectives.
• Sell new, profitable accounts
• Service existing and grow existing accounts through regular contact
• Follow-up on past due collections
• Follow-up on aged inventories
• Knowledge of products, machine limitations, and costing variables
• Process all required paperwork accurately and on a timely basis
• Assist in preparing annual sales budget forecasts
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Learn relevant local and company requirements, rules and procedures. Strictly follows rules and guidelines and always uses the right procedure for the job. Promptly reports incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions or processes. SKNA employees regardless of level, position or tenure are responsible for upholding the safety standards regulations and policies.
• All other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's in marketing or related field preferred
• Experience in corrugated box industry preferred
• Good communicator with customers, plant personnel, and other supporting departments
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, costs, proportions, percentages, and volume
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form
• Possess the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and objectives simultaneously
